Now Hiring for 2023 Seasonal Positions


Page County Conservation is now taking applications for seasonal positions for this upcoming camping season. Majority of work will be conducted on the west side of the county, based out of Pierce Creek Maintenance Area. The work season will be from March 20th through October 31st, at which time all seasonal position will be terminated until the following year.

-35hrs per week (flexible scheduling)

-$12.00 per hour with a performance review after 60 days with possible increase in wages
-No benefits as it is a seasonal position
-Main responsibilities will be care and maintenance of Pierce Creek, Rapp Park, and Pioneer Park. Other tasks may be required based on need.

-18 years of age, or older, with a valid US Drivers License
-Ability to work outside, in various weather conditions
-Required to pass a Pre-Employment Physical Capacity Test and Drug Test Applications are available for pickup at our office at 2039 State Hwy 71, Clarinda, or call us at 712-542-3864 if you have any questions. Applications will be accepted until March 1st, 2023.

Civil Engineering Technician:

The Page County Engineer is accepting applications for Civil Engineering Technician/Construction Inspector.

Two-year degree in Civil Engineering Technology and construction experience preferred. Wages dependent on experience and qualifications. Apply at the County Engineer’s Office in Clarinda, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
